‘Tis the season for twinkling lights and seeing as how our family is a connoisseur of all things Christmas, we decided to kick off our holiday with a trip to Enchant in Arlington, Texas. The trip was not cheap so I suggest if you have many in your group you prepare for a hefty entrance fee. We were able to nab mid-week, early bird tix but they were still pricey. It was worth it though, it is such a classy venue complete with ice skating rink, indoor hot chocolate and bar, the largest light maze in the world and a ChristKindle, German-style Christmas market. They also had food trucks and live music playing the entire time.
The maze was really cool and to add to the fun, you are given cards to go around and find Santa’s eight reindeer.
We strolled and sipped hot chocolate with my parents and then enjoyed the parents and their children trying out the ice rink. Lots of laughs and giggles as people were truly having a wonderful Christmas time.
I snapped lots of pics for inspiration, the last one is the meme that I created from one of the photos. Enjoy, may this inspire your Christmas writing and happy travels!
